The Niagara Autumn Wedding Show has been considered “the Biggest and Always the Best” wedding show in the Niagara Region for the last 7 years.  No matter what stage of wedding planning you are: a newly engaged, or a month away from the Big Day, this is the show to attend to help you plan your dream wedding day.

Our goal at the Niagara Autumn Wedding Show is for couples getting married to see the wedding show as a valuable planning resource; ensuring that your wedding is a positive, meaningful and exciting experience. 

Here are some helpful hints to ensure you get the most out of the Niagara Wedding Show.  

Register to win: Planning your wedding should be fun and enjoyable, just like the wedding itself! We hope to add to that fun by providing every bride-to-be the chance to win some spectacular prizes.  There is a one in 300 chance of winning.

The show gives away numerous wedding related resources for free. Every bride-to-be is given a copy of the latest wedding magazines and the Niagara Wedding Helper guide to help plan their wedding.  Each bride also receives a free copy of The Perfect Wedding Guide, a wedding planner valued at $40. 

Do Your Homework: The Niagara Wedding Show is a great way to compare products/services offered by the region’s finest wedding companies, comparing quality, availability and pricing in one location!

TIP: Bring your cheque book or credit card if you want to actually book any services or hold dates with a deposit.  Be sure to check on refund policies before giving any money and read the contract BEFORE signing!

Delight Your Senses: Those who attend the show receive delicious free samples such as yummy sweet treats or fabulous pasta

The Best Selection: The Best and most extensive collection of wedding gowns from many of Niagara’s prominent bridal boutiques are showcased on stage during our two days of fashion shows.  Styles will highlight the latest fashions for brides, bridesmaids, and MOB’s.  Your husband-to-be will also get to see the latest in groom’s fashions.

The fashion show is also a perfect opportunity to choose music for your reception, as it is the music that sets the mood for the entire evening .  We have a great mix of traditional music, the latest and most popular, as well as some dramatic surprises. 

FASHION SHOW TIPS
-The later fashion show is usually less crowded.  If you attend the later show, your entire wedding party will have a better opportunity to get seats and have the most ideal view of all of this season’s hottest dresses
-No matter what fashion show you plan to attend, be sure to arrive approx. 1 hour before the show as seating is first come, first served
