Show Move In: Friday January 6th: 9am-8pm

Light Move In Only: Saturday January 7th: 8am-10:30am

Tear-down: Sunday January 8th: 5pm-9pm

What Your Booth Purchase Includes

Pipe & drape (black & white interchanging panels)-8ft high backdrop and 3ft high side rails
One 6ft long or 4 ft long skirted and draped table (Must be ordered before the day of show or an extra charge will apply)
Access to our knowledge and experience to help you achieve the greatest level of success. We offer advice from improving booth design to implementing dynamic promotional concepts
Free Booth Draw: as a token of our appreciation, all companies are eligible to win their booth free in the next year's 44th Annual Hamilton-Halton Spring Wedding Show 2013. The winner will be announces at the end of show on Sunday

Please Note: The Hamilton-Halton Wedding Show Team strongly suggest vendors refrain from using chairs in their booths unless used for medical purposes or display decor
Security: There will be 24 hour security. It is mandatory that you obtain your own general public liability insurance
